I just bought an HP printer and as part of the setup I'm trying to create an account on hpconnected.com per the setup instructions. When I create an account I get to a snapfish unification screen asking me to sign in with my snapfish password. I enter my snapfish password but it tells me it's incorrect. I've verified that my snapfish username and password are correct on the snapfish website. I also found somewhere in these HP forums that I should just try to log into hpconnected using my snapfish password and it fails there too. Any suggestions?
