We recently installed a new 8600 due to the old 8600 had hardware printer head issues. Installed, deleted and went through the set up process at all work stations. Logged into hpeprint and successfully upgraded to hpconnected. Now our old email address to eprint is no longer available and we temporarily are using a new one, set up with the current machines claim code. How can I get my old eprint address back? Lots of users that will have to update and I assume all due to that address connected to a soon to be refurbished machine.
