Okay so I suspect this has gone around the block but thought I'd bring it up again.
The email name for my printer is horrible and my wife will never remember it or even just the domain if I could find a friendlier name. My soluiton was to create an email address for the printer in my domain and then forward any mail sent to that printer to the printer....
Excellent solutions completely stopped as presumably the server adds a bcc to the original sender or something so your software rejects it! How about a tick box or security setting to allow this to be optional behaviour?
If anyone has figured out a workaround for this can you let me know?
