photoessential 3.5 internet connection

I recently installed Photoessential 3.5 on my computer but I have not been able to use the share function. I use Windows 7 with  Internet Explorer(IE)  for my  internet. I have not been able to find a setting in Control Panel that allows me to change or connect Photoessential 3.5 to  IE.  Can someone tell me how to change this internet setting? Thanks.
