I purchased black cartridge for Rs 1650, . While removing the package, i unknowlngly pulled out the outer coating of dotted silver parellel lines in the cartridge. So, is there any possibility restore the face slip over the cartridge to fucntion in the computer. please help me in this regard . i am in coimbatore of Tamilnadu of india
