Apart from calling in to Technical Support, I couldn't think where else to ask the following question. The HPConnected.com site has been inaccessible (to me, at least) for the last 2 days. Does anybody know why that is, and when we can expect that it will start working again? I'm assuming that it has worked in the past, obviously.
Clicking the Sign In link merely times out even when I use different browsers: IE and Chrome, in my case. I'm trying to set up an HP Officejet Pro 8600 for use with ePrint and I can neither create an account nor sign in using my existing HP account. Can anyone shed any light on what is happening with the site? Thanks in advance.
