right o ppl.
ages ago when i got the printer i set up my eprint center for the above mentioned printer.
then when i went on to try tonight and print something off the email address i used was no longer found as registered user.
so i re created the account with the same email address as before and no devices are shown, but now when i send emails to hp the account from the one i re registered with same one as original reg, it prints without any printers devices shown.
how do i either re register the printer to the email address or delete the old stuff and just start over.
when i print the web sevice info it just tells me the email address to use. no code. i also get printer needs to be deleted from account but its all acounts registered to my same gmail account and is not shown in my devices
any help would be great as i would like to add other email address to the eprint, which i cant do right now as its not shown in my devices.
