I've searched other messages here and tried everything. I can't get the Web Service working with this printer. It works fine connected locally. It has a fixed local IP address. I have put the printer in the router DMZ zone. I have set the DNS settings to Google servers. I have checked the firmware and it's the latest 20121026.
I enable Web Services. Then it comes back and says success waiting for the info sheet, but it never comes. I go to the HP ePrint Tab and I see it has an assigned email address, but when I request another info sheet, the "connection error" comes back. I have sent email to the address and nothing happens.
I bought my son a chromebook for Christmas and I would like for him to be able to print to it. Help!
