I have serious problems using ePrint as it won't allow me to register. It says that my email address has been used for Snapfish and I do need to loging via my Snapfish account.
And now it comes. I don't know my Snapfish password anymore, and asking for a password reset redirects me to a page saying that Snapfish stopped their service and they recommend Pixum. There is no option at all to reset the Snapfish password anymore!
Now, I am a Pixum use and tried to login via my Pixum account, but this doesn't seem to work. Whatever I try, ePrint does not allow me to login with existing Pixum accounts and it won't allow me to rest my password independently from Snapfish.
That sounds like a bad joke to me!
Who has designed such a process? There must be a process to register to ePrint indepently from Snapfish. Also, hints to contact Snapfisg Support won't work in that case as it doesn't exist anymore.
Really appreciate help to solve that issue asap.
