I have reinstalled the s/w for this printer at least 5 times. The latest installation was last week. Today when i tried to print I received the message that the s/w installation had not been completed. This means i have to reinstall it again. After the last installation as with previous installations, the s/w was successfully installed and a test page was printed.
The printer is installed at home and is used infrequently. It was usccessfully installed on my home network and is connected wirelessly. Is there any s/w fix for this problem?
