We have a photosmart 309a series printer and we are trying to set up the hp eprint on a samsubg tablet. The app is askingfor the printers 'claim code' but having searched all the documentation on line none of the solutions for finding the claim code match what we see on the printer screen!
We would be really grateful if anyone can help.
