I am trying to set up ePrint on my printer but when I select the icon it asks me to enable updates. When I click OK, it tells me that it cannot update and needs a proxy address to connect to the internet. The printer shows that it is connected already and will print wirelessly. (I want to set it up where I can print from my smartphone so I need the eprint email address). I have a Mac OS X laptop and followed the troubleshooting tips to locate the proxy address but there was nothing there! HELP!
