I recently discovered that the eprint feature on our HP 1102W had stopped working.
When logging into the eprint center the emails were there to be printed but it was saying that the printer was off line.
The printer worked fine when printing on wi-fi either using the computer or phone.
I tried turning off both the hub and printer and testing, still not working.
I then went into the printer webpage settings to check the web services set up, the printer was no longer active. So I activated the setting got the print out from the printer and entered the printer code.
This all worked and I can now print via email again BUT i can't have the previous email that I was using, that has been given out to customers etc.
I thought this might happen so before I activated the printer again in the web services menu I changed the email to a random email.
I really could do with getting this email back and working again, is this possible?
