Google Docs eStorage wont let me enter e-mail information

Hello,

I have a Officejet 4630 ePrinter. I have added on my account the eStorage app for Google Docs. The app said it was compatible, and added it to the printer. The printer shows "eStorage" on the "printables" menu. 

The problem is the app will not let me log in. Once I hit "OK" for the app, it of course wants my google login information. However, no space opens us where I can type the e-mail information. I tried just pushing the buttons, but they do not start typing. My only option is to hit OK, where it tells me the information is incorrect. Or, the backbutton.

I wanted this app to be able to scan to the cloud. If there is an alternative I would be interested in hearing about it.

Any suggestions? Does this simply not work with this printer?
