I just bought an OfficeJet 6600 all-in-one and right away installed it on my MacBook Pro. Installation went smoothly, and I've used it to scan and print. I'm very pleased. However, I noticed HP Connect reports "Problem with printer." Well, everything was working well, so I ignored the error message and continued working.
Tonight, I installed the printer on a Windows 7 laptop. Now at HP Connect, it's still reporting "Problem with printer." That's it--no other details and no symptoms of any kind of problem. How do I diagnose the "problem" and how do I fix it?
