I have 7520 printer, connected with USB. Want to print a 4x6 note card. It worked on same printer that had other issue, so had to return printer. Now can't get photo tray to do anything -- doesn't even move. Whenever I have my note ready to print, change the tray, size of card, kind of paper, etc. it reverts back to main tray, different paper, etc. as soon as I click okay. I have two printers doing the exact same thing! I just want to print a note card!
