I have just purchsed an HP Envy 4500 and set it all up yesterday with a wireless connection. I can print from my laptop, or from my iPad using AirPrint, without any difficulty, but I am totally unable to set up Web Services so that I can use ePrint. Every time I go through the process, either from the printer control panel or my computer, I get the same response: "Connection Error. The printer could not connect to the server. Check the internet connection or the proxy setting". I have a working internet connection and I am not using a proxy server. Any ideas, please?
