Hi,
We bought an Officejet 7500 just to print A3 drawings in a remote site using ePrint.
I have contacted HP telephone support, and they say it is not possible to print A3 from ePrint and it will not be possible.
The only option I have been given is my money back. I don't want my money back. I want my pdf's printed in A3.
If HP cannot get its own A3 printers to print on A3 on his own ePrint service, this is an extremely bad message that is sent ot the customers.
