Re: HP Envy 4500 e-All-in-One Series

I recently purchased my first printer and decided upon a reasonable HP model: Envy 4500 series. Have in past worked in the past with one of the largest Electronic Chain in their computer and tablet department; I was automatically drawn to HP for my need. How ever the process of making it the perfect solution has been nothing less than a headache thus far. I call to speak to the "24 hour" customer service help line though it is not 24 hours in which I need being a late night individual. Becoming frustrated, this is a last opportunity to correct my problem or I will just choose to return this "paper weight" and use another competitor for my personal solution.

E-Print does not work.

Tried E-mailing my pictures from my Andriod device. No luck.

I have tried bluetooth, wifi, email, and so on.

I am also can not understand why load the picture paper is so difficult of a process.

The "apps" a extremely limited in their offerings which as an adult I enjoy coloring to relieve stress. I do understand that the apps are not completely controlled through HP but the have disappointed my appreciation that I had 2 years ago when I sold HP printers as an accessory.

Although the model is one step less than the touch screen, is manual controls are a little lack luster as well.

If the E-Print is the breaking point for this continued purchase, please solve this headache ASAP or in the morning I will say goodbye to HP.

Thank you for time.
