i have a HP 2000 notebook linked with the HP deskjet 3512. I have had it 8 mths and everthing was working wonderfully until i had to unplug the printer and temporarily move it and then move it back and rehook it. Now the printer prints with white lines in the words and it is not printing the colors. I ran thru the diagnostics and prints, system says its all ok, but the prints and copies are horrible. The report says i have plenty of ink in both black and color. I have only printed 261 copies or prints. I am confused as to what is going on, I also ran the printer cleaner. Nothing come out on the sheet that ran thru. Does anyone know what is going on or how to resolve this? i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
