My HP Officejet Pro 8600, goes into what I would describe a sleep mode. If I turn off the power to the printer and then turn it back on it will print whats in cueing but after a few minutes it go into the sleep mode again and you can't do anything. It want copy or print and the touch screen does not work. Geek Squad worked on it today but it is still the same. He said it might be something as simple as an ink cartage? All the cartages or HP,
