I just installed my HP ENVY 4501 today. The test pages print out just fine but when I try to print from other websites than HP and from Microsoft Word nothing prints. It will go into my printing queue then will disappear as though it has printed but nothing happens on the printer. I connected the printer to my wifi and everything seems to be in order, why isn't it working??
