I bought and set up my 8600 Plus about 2 weeks ago; purchased it because I wanted double-sided printing without running to Office Depot!
It works fine in some applications, but when using Word 2011 for Mac, I can't find an option to duplex anywhere. The troubleshooting in Word says to print odd pages first, then put the pages back into the tray to print the even pages on the other side. It also does not give me the option to choose only Black & White print versus color.
This completely voids the benefit of a printer that will duplex on its own. And frankly, just seems ridiculous!
How can I make this work? Thanks for any guidance you can provide.
