Not sure this is the correct board, but here goes. After installing HP on my Windows 8.1 system, the printing of checks in Quicken are not aligned properly. When I print a test page, the system works fine on plain paper. But when I insert a check that has color on the top 1/3, the printing starts in the middle 2/3 thinkg that is the top of the page I suppose. I have had this issue in the past with checks and got around it by using the draft mode. Unfortunately, Quicken does not recognize the draft mode and keeps resetting the mode back to normal. I've been using Quicken since its public inception and as each year goes by, the program seems to get beside-itself with issues that are hard to resolve. From what I can see, support is virtually non existent except by way of "Hal's" library which is pretty scant and pathetic to say the least. As time goes by, believe Quicken may one day regret making customer support so difficult. I am currently using Quicken 2014 Deluxe. Any suggestions would be appreciated. My printer is an HP 6510 Photosmart. Thanks for any replies.
