We are using HP officejet pro x576dw mfp prnter and we are trying to configure it for e printing. When we connect through broadband the internet printing is working fine but when we are configuring the printer to use enterprise Proxy Server the printing is not working.
The proxy server is using our enterprise Active Directory for authenticating users. When we configure the Printer to use Proxy server it is asking for username and password for Proxy. On providing the credentials which I am using in my laptop for Proxy Authentication we are getting the error " Could not authenticate". Do we have to do anything in AD end for the Printer.
