I know, there are many complains with the very same request I have, but it has to be said again:
Please give us the option to turn off the very annoying spam filter!
We use the HP eprint services on a daily base for over a year now; our system generates client orders and invoices and sends them to the eprint service. Even though we are using the whitelist, sometimes - and with a very irregular and unreasonable pattern, some emails get filtered out. Today I got really upset, because it filtered out 80 percent of all our documents, that should have been printed, and I didn't change anything - the emails look the same as they always have. With other words: Our system becomes completely useless.
Again> Please give us the option to turn off the spam scanner!
