ePrintCenter - Can't access files from emails

Hi!
I just tried to access the file from a sent email, which appear in the eprintcenter. The email address is authorized, however I cannot access this file:

When I activate the file I just can delete it. Other functions (like print/preview/download) are disabled.

The file is an Excel file and it's less than 10 MB.

How can I access the file?
