Hello there,
we just set up a Laserjet 1536dnf in our office. While testing, we could print perfectly well from Google Docs and by attaching documents, but now that we're using it for everyday use, many documents just don't arrive.
We noticed it while trying to print out PDFs that were stored on Google Drive.
We tried to print them out via the Cloud Printer, the eprint center lists those jobs as successfully finished, but there is no printed product.
We also tried to e-mail them, out of 5 attachments, only 1 was printed out. These were all 1-paged PDFs of the same type (probably created by the same software).
All of those print jobs are listed as "printed out" by the printer. Any pointers?
