I was given my printer by my sister, who had already registered and connected it to her hp account. How do I change the email address and add the printer to my account instead? I can't find the claim code when I print the info sheet because her email is all that shows up. I've been on hold for 15 minutes, after already being hung up once... I can't understand the agents who answer, and of course they can't understand me so I'm just going in circles and becoming unimaginably frustrated. I'm about done with HP all together.
