server connection error 403 on Photosmart 5520 when printing from app

Hi,

I just bought an HP Photosmart 5520 and had finished setting it up.

Printing from the desktop is fine, and I can print from a mobile phone using the HPePrint App.

But there is one problem I'm facing when using the Easy HP Crafts App. When i get to the preview stage, there is always the same error message 'server connection error: 403 even though there is no problem with the internet connection.

Is it due to any problem with the server at HP's end? Or is this a problem with my printer/network?

Can someone help me to resolve this?
