On hpconnected.com, i am trying to register my printer, and being asked to enterclaim code.
However when I use Print Info, the printout has my printer code (the initial pare of the email address assigned to the printer). when I enter this code, I get "Invalid claim code" message.
I am able to print using the email address
Maybe I already registered the printer?
Please advise.
