hp designjet t520 error 27:10

Hello, I have just bought HP Designjet T520 24inch and I unpacked and installed everything by manual but after I plugged in my plotter message appeared on product display:" Restart the printer to continue. If problem persist, contact Hp support-error 27:10"

I restarted the printer but same massage is on product display.
