I have an Officejet H470 printer about 3 or 4 years. I had no problems, until now. I have installed HP Solution center, which shows me that there is a problem with Tri-color print cartridge. However, I bought new cartridge (C8766EE BA3, HP343), but the problem is still here. The message which now appear is "Print cartrige problem" or "Incompatible print cartrige". I have read and try some of your decision but no one helps to solve my problem. I hope you have some new ideas to try.
