just purchased and installed. there are five icons displayed regarding apps. nothing happens when I select them, including the Get more icon. i' ve tried going on hpconnect.com to download apps thinking they would appear on the screen...nope. I have enabled web services and exhausted all troubleshooting. I tried to add an app for scanning receipts....nothing. I got some message that I scheduled HP quick forms printables. not sure what that means. When I select the icons on the pad it gives me a message "updating" and then "cancelling." can someone help or tell me what I'm doing wrong?
