I am able to e-mail my printer and print with the ePrint function that way, but when I try to do it with the ePrint app on both iOS7 and Android, it won't work. Both scenarios were using the LTE internet on my phone to my printer on my home wi-fi network. On iOS7 it says "Please try again / Couldn't complete the print job." and "There was a problem during printing. Please check your printer and try again." On my Android tablet it just won't find the printer on the preview/print screen, even though it sees it on the settings screen. I've looked through other posts on the subject with no solution. Any thoughts?
