Reusing a hpeprint email and instant ink

I used to have an old hp printer I think a 3500 with hpeprint email setup is it possible to transfer that email from the old unused printer which has been recycled and deleted from my connect account some time ago (over a year)to a new HP ENVY 5532 e-All-in-One Printer which I have just purchased when registering it says the email is still taken but I understand it should be released after six month due to data protection.
Also is the HP ENVY 5532 e-All-in-One ok to use on the instant ink program it does say 5530 are these the same for instant ink
