Having not used the 'Apps' on my HP Photosmart 7520e for a while I discoved that on logging into HP ePrint my printer is recognised as 'on line' but below it is a yellow Triangle informing me 'Problem with Printer.
My printer functions ok but if I try to use an app (I was trying to print a Calendar) I get the message 'Unable to connect to web services. Conferm Internet access and try again'
I Have tested the printer by sending a test print from my tablet and that works fine but the Apps simply do not seem to recognise a web connection.
