I'm running ePrint on Android 4.2.2. I've repeatedly tried to print exchange emails on my networked C4580 but, except for the email logo and the "From" "To" "Cc" and "Date" in the header, the lines of text in the printout are all zeros. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my Android device made no difference; nor did turning the printer off and back on. As far as I know both the printer and the wireless network are otherwise working just fine.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to how I might solve this problem?
