Hi!, I have and ipad with iOS 6.1.2 and I installed both HP ePrint app and Printer Control, my printer is a Photosmart D110a. ePrint works just fine, my problem is with Printer Coontrol: The app recognizes my printer and I can scan my documents, but after the scan is done I choose to save as a document or an image, then I go to the saved documents and when i try to open the image or doc the app close itself and so I am not allow to open the scan docs. I can email them but when saved within the app I can not use them. How can I fix this problem? Thanks in advance...
