Hi

I have a client who is having trouble sending emails to their printer from their own email domain. When they send an email to [edited private information] they get a message delivery failure:

[edited private information]

    SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:

    host email.hpeprint.com [15.201.224.75]: 550 5.7.1 Command rejected

However if I send an email from my own email address (which is a different email domain), it sends ok and prints out fine.

It looks like emails from the clients email server are being blocked but I can't see any reason why?
