Brand new OJ X476dn was set up initially with web services and eprint via HP Connect web portal. Worked fine for about a week, then stopped. We started getting messages from hpeprint.com site saying there was a delay in printing, then eventually a message saying the print job had been cancelled. Tried changing the email address, no help. Tried removing web services, then enabling them again, but now the page that gives you a claim code to "Add printer" on HP Connect will not print. Nothing will print inside of the web services menu either on the printer or using the web interface to the printer. Eprint is just broken and I can't figure out how to get it to work.
