I have the Officejetpro 8600 N911a
I moved to another location, before my printer would print through carlosbriones@hpeprint.com
Now there is no way I can get another code.
I tried diferent networks and it will not produce another code
it always says that it canot connect to the server
and canot update
I have tried by getting the factory configuration
and still not get a code
I will appreciate your help very much
