this problem bugged me for a long time. I pressed the eprint button and sometimes it shows the email id but often showing errors. When it succeeded, I press print, but fails everytime. i thought the router was the problem. So I bought a new one a few days ago. But the problem still occurs. The aftermarket service only says the problem was the router. I have no idea how to fix it. Honestly, I bought this because of eprint and you tell me it is not working? I want my money back! Why does HP always deceive its customers? I paid a lot of money for my 8500a plus. I don't want it ot be junk. Please help me solve this
