"Problem with Printer" & unable to manage apps on HP Connect

I logged onto HP Connect today to try remove some apps from my printer.  However instead of getting the usual list of what apps I had installed, there was no app section for my device at all, as shown in below picture.  The services are already there and I can download them, but they just don't show as being on my device on HP Connect.

and to top it off, there was a yellow warning icon saying there was a "Problem with Printer", which when I clicked on I got...

Printer is working fine, I can scan to it and print to it etc, and can use eprint also.  The only new thing that has been happening for the last few weeks is that I keep getting a notification saying "San to Computer is currently unavailable", however, scan to computer is actually working fine, despite this message, so am really not sure what that is all about.

 

Anyway, back to the main issue.  I have been through the boards and have seem posts with similar problems but these all seem to suggest that this happens when the printer goes to sleep or does not have a static IP.  I have changed the IP to a static and still get the same problem.  I have also disabled the sleep/power saving facility, again, same problem.

 

I have also opened a new HP Connect account as one post on another thread suggested and still the same issue applies, except now I have lost my printer email address, which is a pain!

 

Any advice would be much appreciated.  Thanks in advance
