I just received a replacement printer and was trying to add it my ePrintCenter. However, it appears my login information has been wiped clean. I was able to log into HP Connected using my Snapfish password; however, when I tried to add my new device, I received a message stating it was registered to another user. When I try to reset my password using the email address I thought I was registered with at ePrintCenter, I receive an error message stating that there are server problems. I can't locate a tel number to call for ePrintCenter help.
