I just set up my eprint account last week. I can send emails from my yahoo account, gmail account and my wife can send from her work email account just fine but for some reason I am unable to send emails to my printer from my work (Outloook) email account. So far our IT Dept has been uable to figure this out either. My assistant is having the exact same issue sending emails from work to his HP eprint account (even though he used to be able to no problem). I've tried my access as "Open to Anyone" or restricted with my work email listed and it doesn't matter either way. Anyone have an idea whether this is an eprint issue or an Outlook issue? Thanks!
