I am attempting to uninstall the Universal Crossword app but can not do it.
I have tried a solution given to another such request...
Go to www.hpeprintcenter.com and login to your account, create an account if necessary. Go to the 'Apps' section and select the desired print app. Select 'setup' and then 'update settings', at the bottom of the settings page you will see in blue text 'Cancel Scheduled Delivery'.
This did not work.
My printer (all in one Photosmart 5514) gives the message " There was a problem connecting to the server" when I tap the app icon. I don't see an icon for Universal Crossword (only for suduko game).
I have a MacBook Pro computer (not a PC). I have gone to hp on line on the computer and don't seem to have the app installed on my computer.
I have also tried reconnecting to my wireless router.
Please help.
