I just recieved the All-in-One HP 7520 on 2/14/14. The apps will not repsond as well as the get more button. Here is what I know
1- Its connected through a wireless connection.
2- Web services is enabled
3- I have an IP address
4- My firmware is current
I see this has been a problem in the past but I have not read about the solution. What is HP doing to address this problem? Will there be a resolution or should I just return the printer?
