After attempting to email a printer job to my printer I noticed every time it attempts to print the paper jammed near the back of the printer where the duplexer is located. However, I know is wasn’t the duplexer causing the issue considering the printer wasn’t set to print two sided. This still occurred after sending the printer three different print jobs. In an attempt to resolve this issue I reset the printer to its factory default settings and now it has assigned me a different email address. After logging on to the hpcoonected.com site, I attempted to change the name back to my previous email however the site informed me that the email was already taken. Essentially, I am asking how do I revert back to my previous email address?
I have a Officejet Pro 8600 Premium with the second paper tray.
