What I find most irritating, is that it takes one button to agree to having a weekly menu planner sent to your printer, and to unsubscribe you have to create a login, supply your details, and email the support forum to remove it.
Otherwise, you waste your ink, that costs more than gold, on repeated menu plans that I don't want.
What an awful product HP !! So irritating. I have avoided any more of your 'helpful' products.
I have done the steps provided in a previous post, clicked on the App, and at the crucial step, it won't connect to the internet, even though it successfully connected to it to get to the App.
Just please remove me from the subscribed menu list, please.
